At Debt Control Agency, safeguarding the confidentiality and personal information of your clients is fundamental to the way we do business.
It is our policy to ensure that all collection and tracing activity be handled in an effective, courteous and professional manner. Our employees are well informed about the importance of privacy and are required to sign a statement of their understanding. They are also expected to work within the principles of ethical behavior as set out in our Guidelines and follow all applicable laws and regulations. To reinforce this understanding and commitment to client privacy and confidentiality, our employees also receive regular updates about our privacy policy, principles, and standards. Unauthorized access to and/or disclosure of client information is strictly prohibited and will result in strict disciplinary measures.

The security of confidential information is our priority. We protect this information by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed current privacy legislation. Definition
“Personal Information” is defined by information which can potentially be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate a single person or an organization. This term may also include information that has been given to any single person or entity which has authority and contractual access to that information.
Compliance Policy
Debt Control Agency is a company that adheres to the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. The company takes all privacy and compliance matters very seriously and has established a complete set of principles and processes to follow. The privacy and compliance guidelines are a component of DCA’s employment agreement.
Any creditor/debtor can address a challenge concerning our compliance with any of the Privacy Guidelines or Collection Industry Act to DCA management.
DCA will investigate all written complaints. If we find a complaint to be justified, we will take all appropriate measures, including, if necessary, amending our policies and practices.
DCA will investigate all complaints as expeditiously as possible and, if a complaint is found justified, DCA will use its reasonable efforts to resolve the matter.
